Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Expert to join our team in Mumbai, Parel. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant.

The role involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IND AS/ IGAAP. You will also ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will consolidate financials for multiple entities and analyze financial performance and variances.

You will design, implement, and monitor internal controls over financial reporting. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring standard accounting policies are in place for multiple Entities and identifying process gaps and recommending improvements to strengthen controls.

You will manage External audits and coordinate with auditors (Quarterly / Annually) and Internal Audits and coordinate with Internal Auditors. Furthermore, you will support in Due Diligence related activities, Liasoning for valuation of multiple entities, and Support to various team w.r.t.tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements.

You will prepare a monthly closing calendar and ensure timely adherence. It is essential to stay up to date with changes in accounting standards and regulatory environments. Automation and system improvements will be part of your responsibilities, as well as Support in Adhoc reporting requirement as desired by Management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-4 Years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of INDAS/IGAAP and financial systems
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Prior experience in consolidation will be preferred
