Financial Consolidation and Close Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Consolidation and Close Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation partner group, you will be responsible for improving application efficiency to support financial consolidation and close.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Products and Solutions is essential for this role.
  • You will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues, as well as implement new solutions to improve their financial reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement financial consolidation and close processes using Oracle EPM Cloud Products and Solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Reporting Studio and Management Reporting.
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Management.
  • 3+ years of experience with FCCS, Reporting and/or Analysis.
  • Experience integrating EPM with other systems using Data Management, adaptors, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts.
  • Ability to document current business processes and existing solutions and create a roadmap for future.
