We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality and food safety initiatives at our facility in India. This leadership role is ideal for professionals who excel in managing teams and driving compliance with global food export standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the QA/QC team across production, lab, and documentation.
  • Oversee internal, customer, and third-party audits.
  • Ensure compliance with international food safety certifications.
  • Approve and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Critical Control Points (CCPs), and Process Relevance Points (PRPs) to ensure effective implementation.
  • Manage organic certifications and maintain mass balance & traceability records.
  • Drive supplier audits, vendor compliance, and raw material quality assurance.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and product recalls.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce defects and enhance food safety culture.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality & Food Safety.
  • Strong knowledge of international food safety standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Degree/Post-grad in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership, documentation, and audit-handling skills.
