Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance. In this critical role, you will oversee quality control processes to ensure food products meet regulatory standards, customer expectations, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance Management:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality control systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal quality standards by conducting regular audits, inspections, and testing processes across all production stages.
Process Monitoring:
  • Lead a team to monitor and evaluate the production process, ensuring consistency and safety by developing protocols for raw material inspection, in-process control, and finished product testing.
  • Address any quality deviations or non-conformities swiftly and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Compliance & Certification:
  • Maintain certifications and compliance with industry standards by properly documenting all quality control processes and procedures for internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any issues.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and process efficiency by working closely with the R&D, production, and procurement teams to address quality-related issues and innovate solutions.
  • Lead quality training programs for staff to maintain high standards and awareness.
Team Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor the quality control team, ensuring proper resource allocation and professional development to foster a culture of quality and safety throughout the organization.
