Lead Validator Position

We are seeking a skilled Lead Validator to oversee the validation process for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of validation strategies and processes, as well as a proven track record of ensuring product quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective validation plans, protocols, and procedures. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities, and establish and oversee the execution of validation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive validation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define validation requirements and priorities.
  3. Establish and execute validation plans, protocols, and procedures.
  4. Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential product risks related to validation.
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes and increase efficiency.
  6. Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed for validation testing services.
  7. Ensure end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports on validation activities to senior management and stakeholders.
  9. Lead and manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of experience in validation and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of validation analysts.
  • Proven track record of ensuring product quality and reliability.
