Operations Assistant - Logistics and Supply Chain

About the Role:
You will assist in day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring smooth execution of deliveries

Analyze operational data to identify trends and improve efficiency
Help streamline customer support and issue resolution processes
Work closely with the operations and tech teams to enhance logistics workflows
Contribute to process documentation and performance tracking
Assist in managing schedules, shift bookings, and fleet coordination

Requirements:
You must currently be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools (preferred)
Prior experience in logistics, operations, or process optimization is not required but is highly valued
