As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing the sales cycle for large enterprise accounts across India.

You will collaborate directly with CIOs, CISOs, and IT leaders to understand their unique cybersecurity needs and deliver tailored solutions. With a focus on expanding our footprint within major organizations, your efforts will contribute to revenue growth and the establishment of lasting partnerships.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can effectively communicate technical concepts and build strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement: Own and meet or exceed sales targets through strategic selling of cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients.

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships in the market.

Solution Selling: Conduct thorough needs analysis with prospects to understand their security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers to ensure their continued trust and business.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver tailored sales presentations, product demos, and workshops to key stakeholders.

Sales Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, respond to RFPs, manage contracts, and close sales while ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies, marketing materials, and the execution of client engagements.

Pipeline and Forecast Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, track sales activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team.

Requirements:

Experience: 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a strong track record of success in selling complex IT solutions or cybersecurity services to large organizations.

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, SIEM, threat intelligence, and compliance frameworks.

Sales Expertise: Proven experience managing long sales cycles, including lead generation, prospecting, solution selling, negotiation, and closing.

Client Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or any related field is preferred.
