Job Description

We are seeking a driven professional to lead our Health Insurance company's Bancassurance channel. This role is for an individual who can drive business growth and achieve targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of success in bancassurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business in the bancassurance channel with support from a team.
  • Lead and manage a team to ensure all sales targets are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to facilitate business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in bancassurance or a related field.
  • A strong career record and stability in the insurance industry.
  • Current remuneration above 5 lakhs.
  • Experience in team handling within bancassurance, direct, or alternate channels.
  • Candidates from an insurance background are preferred.
