Real Estate Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Acquisition Professional to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of channel partners and brokers in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), with a focus on Virar, Naigaon, and Goregaon.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identifying new sourcing opportunities through local market intelligence and relationship management.
  • Onboarding and managing a robust network of channel partners and brokers.
  • Contributing to strategic business growth by driving land and project acquisition.

The successful candidate will be a graduate with 5–10 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel partner management, or land acquisition. They will possess strong negotiation and deal structuring skills, as well as strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities.
