Required Skills and Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in R&D leadership, preferably in the footwear industry.
- Proven track record of driving innovation, improving process efficiency, and delivering high-quality products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
