Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee pre and post-contract processes for residential luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contracts management within the real estate sector, with 5-7 years of experience.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing contract processes, leading project initiatives, developing vendor relationships, conducting rate analysis, and negotiating with vendors and suppliers.

They will also ensure financial accuracy across projects by supervising budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting in alignment with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of pre and post-contract processes to guarantee compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget constraints.
  • Manage vendor development processes, including evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance of strong relationships with external partners.
  • Conduct detailed rate analysis and spearhead negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
  • Ensure financial accuracy across projects by supervising budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting in alignment with our strategic objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.

You should also possess strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies, as well as exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

A willingness to travel based on project demands is also essential.
