Residential Real Estate Project Architect

We are currently seeking an experienced Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in residential real estate projects and a strong understanding of building codes and municipal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Coordination: Coordinate with external consultants to ensure a cohesive design.
  • Documentation: Prepare agendas and minutes of meetings (MOMs).
  • Drawing Management: Check GFC (Good for Construction) drawings thoroughly before they are released to the site.
  • Compliance: Ensure all designs and drawings are in line with building codes and municipal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong experience from a residential real estate company.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with drawings for high-rise and villa projects is highly preferred.
