Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing property viewings, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role will also involve providing excellent customer service, guiding clients through the purchasing process, and meeting sales targets. The specialist will work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience.

Qualifications

- Skills in Real Estate Sales and Residential Real Estate
- Experience in Contract Negotiation and Real Estate
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
