We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager – Civil / Site Head to lead and manage the end-to-end execution of our premium villa project, Trendcon Aurelius, located in Varthur, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities and hands-on experience in residential villa construction.

Location: Varthur, Bengaluru

Type: Full-Time, On-Site

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall site management and project execution of G+2 luxury villas.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities from start to finish.

Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Liaise with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.

Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and approved drawings.

Approve day-to-day work progress, labor deployment, and material requirements.

Report project milestones and status to top management regularly.

Handle statutory approvals, compliance, and documentation at the site level.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in residential construction, preferably villas or gated community projects.

Proven experience in managing end-to-end site execution independently.

Strong knowledge of civil engineering concepts, construction drawings, and project planning tools.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in coordinating with architects, vendors, and consultants.
