Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automotive Paint Sales and Field Manager to drive sales growth and business performance for our automotive paint products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Develop and implement effective commercial action plans to achieve sales targets for our paints, para-paints, and IXTAR range of products.
  • Dealer Management: Coordinate with suppliers and dealers to execute orders and convert Renault Dealerships to our product range.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities to increase area sales reach and penetration of our business.
  • Supplier Liaison: Resolve product and service complaints and implement Paint Manager software in collaboration with suppliers.
  • Workshop Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance of our workshops, optimizing material costs and improving paint consumption per vehicle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the automotive paint industry, preferably in a similar position with a car manufacturer.
  • Skills:
    • Good technical skills in body shop enhancement and painting.
    • Knowledge of workshop/business and after-sales area sales.
    • Dealer network knowledge.
  • Personal Traits:
    • Congenial, able to negotiate and transfer knowledge.
    • Well-organized and hardworking.
