Job Overview

We are seeking a performance-driven professional to build and scale affiliate programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing networks, onboarding partners, and optimizing campaigns for measurable return on investment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Affiliate Marketing Programs: Develop, launch, and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive user acquisition and brand visibility.
  • Publisher Network: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, publishers, and partners in fintech, crypto, and Web3 ecosystems.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with affiliates and ensure regular communication, support, and engagement.
  • Negotiation and Optimization: Negotiate commission structures, payout models, and incentive programs to attract and retain affiliates; track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics (cost per acquisition, return on investment, conversion rates, lifetime value).
  • Campaign Optimization: Optimize campaigns by identifying high-performing affiliates and scaling their efforts.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product and design teams to provide affiliates with creative assets, content, and campaign support.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, regulations, and fraud-prevention best practices in affiliate activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or Web3.
  • Skills: Proven success in building and managing affiliate programs and partner pipelines; strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms; data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing affiliate relationships; ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced startup environment.
