We are seeking a Quality Management Specialist to join our team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document quality management processes to identify improvement opportunities aligned with SAP QM functionality.
  • Configure and customize the SAP QM module to support quality planning, inspection processing, quality notifications, and audit management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective quality management solutions.
  • Conduct system testing and provide user training and documentation to support successful adoption of QM processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP QM functional and technical issues.
  • Participate in SAP projects including implementations, rollouts, and upgrades with a focus on QM functionality and process integration.
  • Support integration between QM and other SAP modules to ensure consistent and accurate quality-related data flows.
  • Manage master data related to quality inspection plans, sampling procedures, catalogs, and quality certificates.

To succeed in this role, you will need

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S/4HANA environments.
  • A strong understanding of quality management principles.
  • Experience configuring quality control processes.
  • Familiarity with integration points between QM and other modules.
  • Experience writing functional specifications for custom developments.
  • A plus if you have experience with SAP S/4HANA QM.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit support is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required.
