Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Management professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned SAP Warranty expert to lead the development of warranty management systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, configure, and implement SAP Warranty solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements from customers and stakeholders
  • Design and configure SAP Warranty Management systems
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications
  • Manage warranty claims lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience with designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP Warranty Management systems
  • Expertise in LO-WTY Warranty Management, config level SD, strong pricing background
  • Experience with IC/OC claim versions, claim functionality, SD Pricing, and pricing enhancements
  • Familiarity with VSR tool: Validations, Substitutions, Messages, business rules
  • Knowledge of quality code catalogs on header/version/item level

Other Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Prior experience with SAP Warranty Management systems

Familiarity with FICO integration and account keys

Basic knowledge of Supplier Recovery and ARM

Knowledge of service contracts (VA42)
