Job Title: Market Access Manager

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead optimal pricing, reimbursement, and patient access for pharmaceutical products.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will develop market access strategies ensuring optimal product access and conduct health economics analysis and market research to identify barriers and trends.
  • They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate evidence supporting product value and negotiate reimbursement strategies with payers and healthcare authorities.
  • A key part of this role is preparing dossiers and submissions to support product launch planning and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Access Strategies: Develop and implement effective market access strategies to ensure optimal product access.
  2. Health Economics Analysis: Conduct health economics analysis and market research to identify barriers and trends in the healthcare industry.
  3. Evidence Generation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate evidence supporting product value.
  4. Negotiation: Negotiate reimbursement strategies with payers and healthcare authorities.
  5. Dossier Preparation: Prepare dossiers and submissions to support product launch planning and lifecycle management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A postgraduate degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, business or public health.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in market access or a related function within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • An understanding of healthcare systems and payer dynamics is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing market access strategies and engaging with payers.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
