Senior UX Strategist

As a Senior UX Strategist, you will drive the creation of outstanding user experiences across digital platforms.

About the Role:

We seek an experienced Senior UX Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for clean and artful design, superior UI skills, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for new product features.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.
Requirements:

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
