UX Designer Role

The primary objective of this position is to develop user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of industrial front-line workers and back-office teams.

  • Design Research: Conduct thorough research to gather insights from product teams, stakeholders, SMEs, customers, and end users to inform every design decision.
  • Exceptional Experiences: Develop journey maps, wireframes, and process flows to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that deliver consistent cross-platform experiences.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a robust design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across all products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate designs into seamless, high-quality implementations.

Key Qualifications:

  • UX/UI Design Experience: Proven experience in UX/UI design for web, mobile, or cross-platform applications in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong Portfolio: A compelling body of work showcasing design thinking, problem-solving, and user-centered design processes.
  • Research Expertise: Ability to conduct user research, analyze findings, and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and collaboration tools such as FigJam and Miro.
