We are seeking a skilled User Interface Designer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating high-quality mockups, collecting feedback, and delivering successful projects.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with client Product Owners/SMEs to gather functional requirements.
  • Design a solution approach of the stories, together with the Solution Architect and Lead System Architect(s).
  • Participate in workflow analysis and business process analysis to identify and clarify requirements, current-future state identification, and contribute to the redesign.
  • Motivate teams to deliver their commitment and focus on value-driven delivery.
  • Liaise with all connecting teams (scrum of scrums) to resolve dependencies and create an implementation roadmap.
  • Participate in Design Sprints.
  • Validate the functional design.
  • Help prioritize backlogs.
  • Ensure best design practices are followed.

Key Skills:
  • UI/UX in Pega.
  • Wireframing and prototyping.
  • Visual design.
  • Hands-on experience with Sigma tool.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong creative and design skills.
  • Familiarity with various design technologies.
  • Ability to work with developers to achieve design goals.
