UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design process and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for illustrating design concepts, creating intuitive user interface elements, and developing page navigation and search fields. They will also design original graphic elements, present design drafts to internal teams and stakeholders, and identify and troubleshoot UX issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Presentation of design drafts to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and improvement.
  • Ensure optimal performance by identifying and troubleshooting UX issues.
  • Maintain consistency with style guidelines across all platforms.
  • Support social media design needs by creating engaging content.
  • Produce digital assets (graphics, videos, audio, banners, presentations, etc.) for multi-platform use.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
  • Proficiency in agile development workflows to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with design principles, human-centered design, and user experience (UX) design methodologies.
  • The ability to work independently and manage end-to-end design tasks efficiently.
