Job Title: User Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and will be responsible for enhancing user experiences across web and mobile applications.

About the Role:
  • This is a key position within our organization, requiring a designer with expertise in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand business and user needs to translate them into user-friendly and effective user experiences.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS or product-based companies.
  • Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design principles, and information architecture.
  • Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles for web and mobile.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to communicate effectively with developers.
