Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, leading creative sessions and fostering a learning environment to enhance their skills in user experience and interface design.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design goals and objectives.
  • Create user-centered designs through research, competitor analysis, and understanding of technical constraints and opportunities.
  • Rapidly develop user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas for new features and projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, competitor products, and industry standards to incorporate best practices into the design process.
  • Perform regular audits and user tests to improve and optimize existing designs, ensuring continuous improvement in user experiences.
  • Transform complex processes into intuitive, simple, and elegant designs that enhance usability and overall user experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive user-interface patterns and specifications, ensuring consistency and coherence across all designs.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented to the highest standards, reviewing development to ensure design fidelity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in the B2C sector.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, back-end development logic, and SEO principles.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in prototyping, wireframing, visual design, and user research.
  • Ability to lead and foster creativity within a design team.
