Coupa Implementation Specialist Role

Welcome to a leading company in the industry, where we are seeking an experienced Coupa Implementation Specialist to drive procurement and invoicing solutions forward.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in procurement and a proven track record of implementing Coupa solutions, configuring modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Procure, Invoice, and Expenses.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support Coupa modules for sourcing, contracts, procure, invoice, and expenses.
  • Set up integrations with various systems and applications.
  • Design and implement sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa.
  • Manage Coupa releases, including new product releases and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with integration partners and 3rd party consultants to integrate business requirements into implemented technical solutions.
  • Work with business partners from different geographies to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements, statutory regulations, and controls into viable solutions.
  • Create functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch, and configuration documents for integration partners for development of data links between systems.
  • Apply knowledge of Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay business processes.
  • Solution architect and design Coupa integration with ERP/middleware/3rd Party applications.
  • Participate in Agile methodology, including creating stories, working in a Kanban environment, participating in scrums, and other Agile ceremonies.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing Coupa solutions and managing releases. Strong understanding of sourcing, procurement, and invoicing processes.
