Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our academic team in a senior leadership role. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business management and administration, with a proven track record of teaching, research, and industry experience.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced individual who can provide strategic leadership and direction to our academic programs. They will be responsible for developing and implementing academic policies, overseeing curriculum development, and mentoring junior faculty members.

In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of research initiatives, collaborate with industry partners, and engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ph.D. degree in Business Management or Administration from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 10 SCI publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
  • Minimum Research Score of 120
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Associate Professor or equivalent

OR

  • A Ph.D. degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade) in Master's Degree in Business Management or Administration from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 7 SCI publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
  • Minimum Research Score of 75
  • At least 8 years of full-time experience in teaching/research/industry out of which at least 3 years shall be Post Ph.D. experience

Desirable:

  • Published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work in the peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals
