Job Title: Collections Strategy Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our collections strategy, leveraging their expertise in data analysis and vendor management.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing repayment metrics, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to optimize collections and recoveries performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret data to inform collection strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve collections and recoveries performance.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payment status.


Requirements:
