We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Strategist to drive high-impact campaigns and act as a strategic force behind our growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will have experience in performance marketing, ideally in high-growth startups or global brands, and proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, plan, and execute paid campaigns across digital platforms
  • Optimize performance continuously to improve ROI and reduce CAC
  • Lead A/B testing of creatives to discover breakthrough campaigns
  • Leverage data-driven insights to guide budget allocation and audience targeting
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Represent performance marketing in leadership discussions and external growth forums

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take a pivotal role in scaling a fast-growing European logistics startup. The Performance Marketing Strategist will be responsible for driving marketing across international markets, with a core focus on France.
