Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Investment Portfolio Strategist to join our team. As a Relationship Manager with Kotak Mutual Fund, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and acquiring new ones. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, while also identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on investment products and strategies to high net worth individuals (HNIs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their investment portfolios are aligned with their financial goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your extensive knowledge of the financial markets and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in portfolio management or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNIs and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial scenarios.
  • A solid understanding of personal finance, taxation, and financial markets, including fixed income and equity products.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Relevant sales experience of 4-7 years, preferably in the financial services industry.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business administration.
  • Prioritizing an MBA or other advanced qualifications can be beneficial.
  • NISM VA certification is mandatory; NISM XXIA certification is preferred.
