Job Title: Senior Executive

Role Overview

To effectively manage and drive a strategic business unit (SBU) comprising multiple product categories through an ecommerce-driven channel, the incumbent will be responsible for achieving targets aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).

This role demands a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and growth hacking capabilities to succeed.

The business requires acumen to disrupt traditional procurement processes in the MSME market and introduce a more organized approach to transactions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage key accounts and operations efficiently
    • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional service to clients
    • Develop strategies for entry into new industrial segments and enable technology-led procurement
    • Plan and execute sales operations to achieve accelerated growth
    • Ensure 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders
    • Maintain 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables, and payables

Requirements

Ability to handle key accounts and operations work efficiently.
