Job Description:

  • Identify, secure, and manage relationships with cross-border clients across regions including the USA, UK, Europe, and APAC. Effectively communicate the value that our payment solutions can add to their international business needs.
  • Drive merchant acquisition through building and executing a robust cross-border sales strategy. Align it with regional market needs and regulations.
  • Engage with key partners, marketplaces, financial institutions, eCommerce platforms, and other relevant entities to promote our cross-border payments solutions.
  • Contribute strategically to new market entry and expansion initiatives across primary geographies. Ensure alignment with our cross-border growth objectives.
  • Develop and present compelling value propositions for our cross-border payment solutions. Tailor them to meet global compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contract development. Ensure favorable terms that support both client needs and our objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, product, legal, compliance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of cross-border sales activities and seamless client onboarding.
  • Achieve targets related to GMV, revenue, and customer flows from international markets. Drive profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Proactively identify market opportunities and leverage industry connections to generate leads. Influence decision-makers and close deals effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within cross-border payments, fintech, or foreign exchange
  • Expertise in international markets. Proven track record in cross-border deal-making and managing global client relationships
  • Strong performance history in meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Results-driven approach
  • Proactive self-starter. Ability to innovate and improve processes independently
  • Ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders. Align cross-functional teams toward sales objectives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm. Effectively manage high-pressure situations
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills. Ability to close high-value, cross-border deals
