We are seeking an experienced Zoho specialist to lead the technical setup and configuration of our new ERP environment in a distributor of industrial and medical gases transitioning to a new integrated solution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Configuring Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator for invoicing, AR/AP, inventory, cylinder tracking/management, and customer management.
- Migrating customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity.
- Developing custom modules, workflows, and automations as appropriate to fit operations.
- Integrating Zoho with third-party tools (payment gateways, e-commerce, logistics) as necessary.
- Testing, training, and supporting team members during rollout.
Requirements include:
- Proven Zoho One implementation experience, especially in Books, Inventory, and Creator.
- Skilled in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development.
- Strong understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
