Job Summary

A seasoned Dynamics 365 professional is sought after to assume a key role in developing and implementing business solutions.

  1. We are looking for an expert with extensive experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Knowledge Management, and Reports & Dashboards using Power BI/SSRS.
  2. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customizing and integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Service, as well as designing and implementing business processes, plugins and workflows.
  3. This position requires the ability to create custom entities and relationships between those entities, handle multiple business units with data segregation and cross BU access/roles.
  4. The selected individual must be proficient in developing Dynamics Self-service Portals and Custom portal integrating multiple Dynamics instance for Case creation, status update, and knowledge Management.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Microsoft .Net, C#, JSON, and jQuery.
  • Customer Service Hub, Unified Client Interface, Client API form context and Model-driven apps.
  • Scheduled Reports, Custom SSRS reports with multiple data sources (external & internal).
  • Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Azure and Agile/Scrum based process implementation using tools like Azure DevOps.
