Project Lead - MEP Works

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for a cutting-edge Semiconductor manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading MEP activities (HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, and process piping) for high-tech projects. They should be well-versed in coordinating with design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications, cleanroom standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all MEP activities for the semiconductor project, ensuring compliance with international codes/standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SEMI standards, etc.) and local regulations.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems including power distribution, HVAC, ultrapure water treatment, process gases, and other semiconductor-specific utilities.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints, monitor progress, manage schedules, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor / high-tech / cleanroom projects.
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms, ultrapure water systems, process gases, and high-voltage electrical distribution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
