Job Title:

We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to lead our brand's creative vision and execution.

This role involves defining the design language, building brand guidelines, and leading a small creative team while staying hands-on with high-quality design work.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and overseeing social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing collaterals that strengthen brand presence and deliver business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Lead and mentor a creative team to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.
  • Build and streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire breakthrough creative ideas.
  • Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand / agency ecosystem.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of all relevant software & tools.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative story-teller, high on EQ.
