Job Description

We are seeking an experienced creative leader to spearhead our graphics team.

This role will oversee the development of innovative and visually appealing designs for educational content, ensuring alignment with company standards and brand consistency.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing workflow, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and feedback to team members to maintain high-quality standards.

They will also collaborate with other departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables, and oversee the creation of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media content, website graphics, and educational resources.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the graphics team to develop creative designs for educational content.
  • Manage workflow and assign tasks to team members.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to the graphics team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.
  • Oversee the creation of digital and print materials.
Quality Assurance and Brand Consistency:
  • Conduct quality checks on outsourced graphics to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures.
  • Review and approve all graphic materials before final production or publication.
  • Ensure consistency in visual style and branding across all company graphics.
Innovation with AI :
  • Drive innovation in graphics by incorporating cutting-edge design trends and AI technologies.
  • Create immersive and engaging visual content tailored to enhance learning experiences.
