Lead Creative Visionary

As a senior creative professional, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative design strategies that elevate brand storytelling and drive business results.

This role requires a seasoned design leader with expertise in digital advertising, branding, and multimedia design. You will oversee the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring high standards of aesthetics and effectiveness.

  • Develop compelling campaigns that engage audiences across various platforms.
  • Mentor and guide a team of designers to refine their skills and achieve creative excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and elevate design on all fronts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing performance-driven ad creatives for static, animated, and video content.
  • Conceptualizing and executing visually compelling campaigns that meet marketing goals.
  • Leading and shaping the creative direction of a high-growth company.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 6+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or creative leadership roles.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital advertising, branding, and multimedia design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
