Job Title: Consulting - Healthcare RCM PharmacyJob Summary:

We are seeking dynamic professionals to lead one or more project work streams, utilizing our approaches, methodologies, and tools to implement impactful and innovative solutions to address business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently.
  • Apply proven critical thinking skills in data collection and complex analysis, identify gaps and risks, summarize findings, and develop conclusions.
  • Delegate tasks to junior staff while managing the overall quality of project deliverables.
  • Execute against project workplans, escalate risks and barriers, and coordinate client communication to ensure project delivery schedule is achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal team members during the project, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics.
  • Apply proven methodologies and best practices to unique situations, collaborate with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions to complex business problems.
  • Provide direct supervisory experience, including coaching, mentorship, and providing feedback through performance management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills, strong written and oral English skills.
  • 3-5 years relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment.
  • Preferably 1-2 years experience within consulting.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate direct supervisory experience.
Preferred Experience:
  • Relevant pharmacy experience supervising a department and/or team-based projects with a focus on process improvement initiatives and change management.
  • Project leadership and workplan management experience within a consulting firm setting with a focus on pharmacy operations, 340B program management, specialty pharmacy operations, or retail pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
