We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our team in the field of hospital design and healthcare infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our projects, including MEPF coordination, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and execution efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospital design, healthcare infrastructure, or large-scale architectural projects. They should possess strong leadership skills, be able to take direction and execute tasks independently, and work effectively within a team environment.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Healthcare Infrastructure Planning is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of building codes, healthcare planning guidelines, and material specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standardized layouts for hospital spaces.
  • Completion of space programs for different hospital capacities.
  • Ensure adherence to JCINABHNABL and internal healthcare design standards.
  • C coordiantion with MEPF and architectural designs.
  • Efficient execution of consultancy/interdisciplinary matrix.
  • Timely submission and acquisition of statutory approvals.
  • Compliance with local building laws and healthcare infrastructure regulations.
  • Effective liaison with government authorities.
  • Reduction in turnaround time for tender and execution drawings.
  • Implementation of workflow standardization for enhanced project efficiency.
  • Alignment of architectural outputs with operational needs and evolving medical technologies.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in hospital design, healthcare infrastructure, or large-scale architectural projects.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Healthcare Infrastructure Planning.
