Job Opportunity: ELK Expert Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer with extensive experience in the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) to lead our observability infrastructure team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of large-scale system design and management, as well as expertise in automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub Actions. Strong experience with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and Docker is also essential.

This position requires strong leadership skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a passion for driving efficiency and innovation.

Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering, with 4+ years dedicated to ELK and 3+ years managing large-scale clusters in production.

Strong technical knowledge of index tuning, shard allocation, ILM policies, and scaling ELK components is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Bash is also necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage scalable, fault-tolerant systems on Microsoft Azure.
  • Automate deployment and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub Actions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues using Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.
  • Implement security best practices across DevOps workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to drive automation and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor.

Certifications in Microsoft Azure are a plus but not required.

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer-ELK Expert, you will take ownership of large-scale observability infrastructure using your deep expertise in the ELK stack.
