Strategic HR Advisor

About Our Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Advisor. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to drive key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on organization design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture perspective.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal cycle and ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business goals.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits. Prior experience managing ESOP programs is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

This position requires strong business acumen, strategic advisory capability, and a data-driven approach to compensation and benefits.
