Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our end-to-end human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain employee relations strategies, handle grievances, and facilitate performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company standards.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and HR management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters' degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Professional certifications like SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR would be an added advantage.
