We are a newly launched pharmaceutical company with a vision to establish a strong footprint in the Indian pharmaceutical industry.

To drive our growth, we are looking for a National Sales Manager (NSM) – India who can develop and execute strategic sales plans, build a strong sales team, and expand our presence across India.

About the Company

We focus on Acute and Sub Chronic Therapies, aiming to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions across the country.

Our Key Responsibilities include:

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement a pan-India sales strategy to ensure business growth and market penetration.
  • Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, including Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Area Sales Managers (ASMs), to achieve revenue targets.
  • Doctor & KOL Engagement: Leverage existing relationships and establish new connections with key doctors, hospitals, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across India to promote and drive prescription sales.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 10-15 years in pharmaceutical sales, with a strong background in Acute and Mild Chronic Therapies.
  • Pan-India Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market across India, including metro cities and Tier 2/3 regions.
  • Network & Relationships: Established contacts with key doctors, hospitals, and KOLs across India.
