Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Player in Nutrition Sales Growth to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our nutrition products within your assigned territory.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing awareness among Health Care Professionals (HCPs) on the importance of nutrition in improving quality of life and promoting Abbott's superior products over competitor brands. You will develop and execute multichannel customer engagement plans that generate demand for our brand and grow recommendation and market share.

You will maintain deep knowledge about medical and nutritional science, leverage insights from digital activities, and refine HCP profiles to choose engagement activities tailored to their needs and goals. Your strong relationships with HCPs will ensure commitment to recommending our products as the brand of choice.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve coverage, frequency, and call rate objectives.
  • Establish target customers, identify new leads/customers, and ensure timely reporting of daily activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patient education regarding nutrition and our brands.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product information.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in Pharma/Nutrition Industry.
  • Excellent product knowledge and ability to translate it into effective in-clinic performance.
  • Good understanding of nutrition science and ability to communicate effectively with HCPs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to establish connections and develop contacts.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
