Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage in outbound calls to educate clients about the benefits of CoFee.
  • Follow up on leads generated from campaigns or web inquiries.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedule product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses in CRM tools.
  • Provide detailed information about CoFee features and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Confidence and clarity while speaking with clients over the phone.
  • A proactive attitude with persistence in follow-ups.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products or tech-based services is a plus.
