Job Title: Senior Civil 3D BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil 3D BIM Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

  • Assist the BIM Manager with any Civil 3D project and work independently on US, UK & Asia-specific projects.
  • Handle landscape, dry and wet utilities, grading, highway modeling and plantation projects efficiently.
  • Prepare coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings using Civil 3D software.
  • Generate earthwork grading cut and fill analysis, cross sections and quantity take-offs accurately.
  • Develop detailed plans and profiles for pipe networks and manholes as per IFC drawings.
  • Coordinate with multiple disciplines using Navisworks for clash detection and resolution.
  • Manage the BIM construction process from DD stage to As-Built stage effectively.
  • Support estimation tasks and manage a small team of experts.
  • Integrate iPad/AM data exchange and generate COBie data for seamless collaboration.
  • Collaborate with design teams and clients to solve complex problems.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, Subassembly Composer and Part-Builder is essential.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD for drawing, linkage and cleanup are required.
  • Familiarity with Design Review for collaboration with professional staff is necessary.
  • Expertise in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and resolution is a must.
  • Knowledge of submittals and Civil 3D workflows is required.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English are essential.
  • Team management capability with strong problem-solving skills is necessary.
