BIM Lead Role

The role of a BIM Lead is pivotal in driving the adoption and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to enhance the design, planning, and execution of precast construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage BIM Models: Develop detailed 3D models, perform clash detection, and generate construction documentation using Tekla software. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate BIM workflows into project execution.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to drive the adoption and implementation of BIM technologies. You will establish BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the business unit.
  • Utilize Tekla Software: Create detailed 3D models, perform clash detection, and generate construction documentation using Tekla software. You will provide technical guidance and training to team members on BIM tools and methodologies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proficiency in Tekla Software: Proficiency in Tekla software and other BIM tools, with a strong portfolio of precast modeling projects. You should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Demonstrated Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in implementing BIM workflows and standards in large-scale projects. You should have a strong understanding of BIM technologies and their applications in the construction industry.
