About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Design Architect to join our team in a similar role.

This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about architectural design, municipal drawings, massing, 3D renders, and project coordination. If you have experience working with architects/PMC and knowledge of society redevelopment procedures and processes, this could be the ideal position for you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and designing buildings using AutoCAD software, preparing municipal drawings and measurements from BMC-approved plans, and developing project reports and feasibility studies. They will also present plans and feasibilities to clients and stakeholders, monitor project progress, and report on any issues or concerns.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and design buildings using AutoCAD software
  • Prepare municipal drawings and measurements of flat areas from BMC-approved plans
  • Develop project reports and feasibility studies in collaboration with the architectural team and senior management
  • Presentation of plans and feasibilities to clients and stakeholders
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting on any issues or concerns
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is mandatory.
