Job Title: Senior Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage projects from conceptualization to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality control.
  • Design Development: Develop project designs, detailed drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in collaboration with design teams.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with Project coordinators, Architects, Structural and MEP Consultants, and Liaison Architects to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, presenting project ideas and progress updates confidently.

The selected candidate will have strong presentation skills, be proficient in technical standards, regulatory frameworks, and health & safety regulations. They will also possess expertise in developing exclusive design ideas, creating detailed BOQs, and managing projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma, Bachelors, or Masters in Architecture.
  • Experience: At least 10-13 years of experience in the field.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in technical software.
